Gary Wood’s Marine, Inc., was established in 1999. Gary started this business after working for his parents ‘business, Woods Cove Marine, Inc. from 1978 to 1998, until the business was sold. Gary was the head mechanic; other duties include electrical repairs, fiber glassing, painting, running a 60 Ton travel lift, supervising and overseeing all other employees and maintaining equipment. Gary attended all mechanical service schools available, Chrysler, Volvo Penta, etc.

Woods Cove Marine, Inc. business was sold.
1998
With all this knowledge acquired and his love for the marine industry, Gary decided to open his own business, GARY WOOD’S MARINE, Inc, the Company was formed on January 20, 1999 as S-corporation under Florida state laws and headed by Gary Wood.
